Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 3, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of thetechx.in (“the site”), operated by The TechX (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Separate written agreements govern any paid engagement. Where those conflict with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

2. What we offer here

  • Information about the work we do: software and automation builds, and content production.
  • A live cohort programme, with its curriculum published on the Cohort page.
  • Free resources, including the Claude Code Playbook and a directory of tools.
  • Links to our free community channels.

Everything published here is offered in good faith and provided “as is”. Availability, pricing, curriculum and scope can change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and sending us a form does not create a contract.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to submit any form on this site or to engage us for paid work. If you are under 18, you may read the site but should only contact us with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not break any applicable law or regulation while using the site.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site’s security, availability or functionality.
  • Do not scrape, mass-download or republish our content as your own.
  • Do not use our forms to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful or abusive.

5. What you send us

When you submit an enquiry or a cohort application, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential material through these forms, since they travel via a third-party form service and arrive as ordinary email. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will arrange a better route.

How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. The cohort

Joining the waitlist or applying does not guarantee a place. Seats are limited and intake is selective. Where the programme is running in waitlist mode, we are collecting interest only, and no payment is due until a place is offered, accepted, and confirmed in writing.

Fees, schedule, cancellation and refund terms for any cohort are set out in the enrolment agreement provided at the time an offer is made, not on this site.

7. Paid services

Where you engage us to build software, automation or content, the scope, fees, timelines and deliverables are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. Nothing on this site fixes a price or a delivery date.

8. Client work shown on this site

Projects shown in our work section are displayed with the relevant client’s permission. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to those clients, and showing them here does not transfer any right in them to us or to you, nor does it imply that those clients endorse anything else on this site. If you are a client and want your work removed or amended, write to us and we will act on it.

9. Third-party tools, logos and links

The site links to third-party tools, articles and services we neither own nor control. We reference them based on our own view at a point in time, and we are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

Third-party product logos shown on the site identify the tools we use. Those marks belong to their respective owners, are used for identification only, and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

10. Intellectual property

Original material on this site, including our written content, the Claude Code Playbook, the tools directory and the design of the site itself, belongs to The TechX. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or present it as your own work without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer

  • Content on this site is for general information.
  • Nothing here is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, third-party links or recommendations.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The TechX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Changes

We may revise these terms as needed. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
